If you're searching for authentic Sichuan hotpot in Houston, look no further! Liuyishou Hotpot delivered an unforgettable dining experience. We ordered the signature spicy bullfrog base and the herbal mushroom broth—both were packed with depth and aroma. The premium beef and lamb platters melted in the mouth, and the hand-pulled noodles were a perfect finish. The modern atmosphere, coupled with exceptionally helpful staff (who patiently explained the cooking times for each item), made our meal truly special. Don’t miss their homemade plum drink—it’s the perfect pairing! 10/10!
